Suggested daily usage: 1-2 cups

Ingredients: Inulin, dextrin, corn starch, cane sugar, ginseng root 250 mg.
 Active ingredients in daily dose: 5 mg of ginseng compounds, 13.4 g of inulin.
Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet 2 times a day.
Method of preparation: one bag put in a cup and pour 200-300 ml of hot water over the tea . Let the tea steep for 2-3 minutes. Determine the strength of tea individually. You can drink hot or cold tea at any time of the year.
