- Introduction
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), entered into force as of the 25th day of May 2018, this Privacy Notice sets the manner by which ePharmaCY Ltd processes data concerning individuals (the term “individuals” shall be deemed to include a) people that engage with or use the services of ePharmaCY Ltd, b) existing employees, c) people that apply to work with ePharmaCY Ltd and d) personal of information of people processed as a result of services rendered to the third parties) and the rights of such individuals the personal data of which are being processed by ePharmaCY Ltd.
- Who we are
ePharmaCY Ltd is an e-commerce website and physical shop located in Limassol, Cyprus.
At ePharmaCY Ltd, among other things, we endeavour to maintain the highest standard of protection when it comes to storing and processing personal data and keep our employees trained and educated to that end.
- What information we collect, why and for how long
Below is a non-exhaustive list of the categories of data concerning individuals ePharmaCY Ltd may collect and process:
- Contact details (i.e. full names, postal addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers);
- Bank Account details are kept by a card payment processing system in accordance with the law;
- Information required by ePharmaCY Ltd to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
The personal data ePharmaCY Ltd collects is processed while considering recruitment of new staff and while administrative and other related services to its clientele and it is limited to the provision thereof. Personal data processed by ePharmaCY Ltd is mainly obtained by the individual(s) it interacts with and subject to their consent. Personal data is usually stored for as long as necessary to render a service to an individual and for the time necessary thereafter. It follows that any information no longer necessary is destroyed.

Personal data collected or so provided, if need be, will be shared with the following non-exhaustive list of categories of bodies:
- Any public or governmental authorities
- Financial institutions
- Third parties with whom we share information for receiving their services, such as IT service and storage providers.
- Third parties engaged throughout the provision of our services, such as off-counsels, auditors, mediators, counter-parties and their lawyers, accountants, tax advisers, courier and post services providers.
- Individual(s) rights
Individuals have the right to access their personal data and obtain a confirmation from ePharmaCY Ltd as to whether any personal information about the same is being kept.
Individuals have the right to correct their personal information, if those kept by ePharmaCY Ltd are inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect.
Unless it is in the public or ePharmaCY Ltd.’s legitimate interest to do otherwise, individuals have the right, stemming from the “right to be forgotten” to request erasure of their personal data.
Individuals have the right to withdraw consent from and/or object to their personal data being processed by ePharmaCY Ltd.
Likewise, individuals have the right to request a restriction of their personal data processing and where technically feasible, to transfer your personal information, upon request and free of charge to any other processer or controller.
Finally, all individuals have the right to file a formal complaint to the supervisory authority; that is, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
