Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic & International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders from Cyprus are delivered within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday). Limassol deliveries are handled by our inhouse driver. Deliveries to other cities are handled by AKIS EXPRESS, with door-to-door service available only in select locations. Otherwise, parcels can be collected from the nearest AKIS EXPRESS branch. Please note that a local phone number is required for deliveries to other cities, as AKIS EXPRESS sends SMS notifications with a pickup code and location details only to local numbers.
For international orders the estimated delivery is approx. 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
If you purchase any products outside the "Our Exclusive Brands" category, then the delivery time may be extended.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Minimum order value in 20EUR.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ePharmaCY LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ePharmaCY LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Cyprus the brands that allow only domestic sales.
Minimum order for UK delivery is GBP 135.
