1500mg magnesium glycinate per serving, of which 200mg is elemental magnesium

Magnesium Zooki contains magnesium glycinate, a form of magnesium which has increased absorption versus other high street magnesium supplements (which tend to contain magnesium oxide or magnesium citrate). Due to the increased absorption of magnesium glycinate, it is less likely to cause loose stools - a common side effect of magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide supplements. The combination of magnesium with glycine, as is the case with magnesium glycinate, means this form of magnesium is particularly beneficial for sleep, stress and relaxation - in addition to the usual benefits of energy, muscle and heart health too!

Although Zooki is generally safe for children, we don’t recommend giving them a full dose, and we always recommend consulting with a medical professional before giving any dietary supplement to children under the age of 18.
