Using hemp seed oil
Hemp oil has a pleasant nutty flavor and its color varies from light to dark green. Because of its beneficial effects, it is mostly used as a dietary supplement. The oil can be used in salads, cold soups, etc. for making. Because it has a low smoke point (the temperature at which the oil changes its properties and begins to smoke), it is not recommended for cooking hot dishes or frying, as it can harm our health.

Hemp oil is widely used due to its nutritional value and better absorption than other oils and has great potential to replace them. Hemp oil is not only used as a dietary supplement, but also as an additive in various skin and hair care products. When hemp oil is used on the scalp, the hair grows stronger, becomes shiny, elastic, less susceptible to shedding and properly moisturized. Itching, dryness and dandruff are also reduced. It also promotes blood circulation, which prevents any possible occurrence of scar infection.

Hemp seed oil can be used for hair care in several ways:
apply the oil directly to the scalp, massage and leave overnight, wash the scalp the next day
hemp seed oil can be mixed into shampoos or hair conditioners
when applying to the scalp, cover the head with a shower cap and wrap it with a warm, damp towel for about half an hour (before using the shampoo)
prepare "mascara" (mix about 5 tablespoons of hemp oil and avocado oil, 3 teaspoons of honey, add banana and 5-10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil, mix well, apply to the scalp, cover the head with a shower cap and wait about half an hour before washing) If we use for the skin hemp seed oil, it acts as a nutrient and can help us with many skin and skin-related problems:
Soothes irritated skin,
inhibits the formation of acne,
reduces varicose veins and prevents their formation,
moisturizes and maintains skin moisture (especially recommended for people with dry skin problems),
reduces wrinkles,
it takes care of the balance of oily skin (since hemp seed oil does not close pores, it is considered an ideal moisturizer for oily skin),
reduces wrinkles and inhibits their formation,
reduces skin inflammation,
etc.
Hemp seed oil ingredients and active ingredients
Hemp oil is most valued for its nutritional value and active ingredients. The most important components of hemp seed oil are linoleic acid (LA) and alpha-linoleic acid (ALA), better known as the unsaturated fatty acids Omega-3 and Omega-6. Gamma-linoleic acid is also present, said to be a great supplement for weight loss. We can't be sure, but with a healthy diet, regular exercise and consumption of hemp seed oil, we can definitely help our body to change faster. We should not forget to mention stearidonic acid (SDA), as it provides a wide range of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and nutritional value.
