A. Vogel Boldocynara

A.Vogel Boldocynara is a tincture of the organic fresh herbs cynara scolymus, taraxacum officinalis, pneumus boldus, mentha piperita (artichoke, horseradish, bulldog, and mint) for indigestion.

Artichoke flowers contain two active ingredients, quinacrine and scolymoside, which stimulate bile secretion and liver function and act against incomplete digestion. Cynarin protects the liver from the harmful effects of alcohol while helping to metabolize fatty foods. Horseradish or turmeric improves fat metabolism and nourishes liver cells. Boldo is given for gallbladder problems and mint stimulates normal digestion, relieving bloating and indigestion. To A.Vogel Boldocynara:

• Improves the production, secretion and flow of bile from the liver and gallbladder

• Improves digestion and assimilation of food

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of:

• artichoke as a traditional herbal remedy for relieving digestive disorders such as mild indigestion, fullness, bloating and flatulence

• mint as a traditional herbal aid for the digestive system, mild indigestion and bloating

• taraxacum as a traditional herbal remedy for relieving the symptoms associated with mild digestive disorders such as a feeling of fullness, flatulence, and slow digestion, but also for a temporary loss of appetite

• bulldog as a traditional herbal remedy for relieving the symptoms of indigestion and for mild intestinal cramps

• Fresh Artichoke leaves (Cynara scolymus L.) (1:30-31) Extraction solvent: ethanol 65% v/v

• Fresh Dandelion root & herb (Taraxacum Officinalis WEB.) (1:17-18). Extraction solvent: ethanol 51% v/v

• Boldo leaves (Peumus boldus MOLINA.) (1:10-11). Extraction solvent: ethanol 70% v/v

• Fresh Peppermint herb (Mentha x Piperita L.) (1:18-19) Extraction solvent: ethanol 65% v/v

How to use:

Take 15 to 20 drops in a little water, 3 times a day after meals.
